About Kinder Park Nursery

Kinder Park Nursery was established in 1991 by the proprietor/manager Joanne Routledge and together with the experienced and qualified staff team we understand the process involved in babies and children’s growth, development and learning. We offer a constant environment that is available daily to children both indoors and outdoors. It allows children of all age’s freedom. independence and choice and is safe but challenging and recognises the need for children to be active learners.

We are situated in a large Victorian town house on the main road (A69) leading into Carlisle and only 10 minutes walk from the city centre.

We are registered with Ofsted and are members of the National Day Nurseries Association (N.D.N.A.) We are registered to accept Nursery Education Grants, the term after your child’s third birthday.

The nursery day starts at 8.30 a.m. and finishes at 5.30 p.m. for fifty weeks of the year, closing for two weeks over Christmas and New Year and Bank Holidays.
