Terms and Conditions
If you wish to book your child into Kinder Park Nursery, a deposit equivalent to two weeks fees payable in advance of your child starting nursery. Refunded when four weeks notice is given when your child leaves nursery. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel the nursery place or if you fail to take up the nursery place before your child starts.
Payment to be made in advance at the beginning of each week or calendar month. Payment can be made in cash, cheque or Internet banking.
Full fees will be charged for your child's first two weeks of absence due to illness and occasional days absences.
Your child is entitled to three weeks holiday throughout the year where no charge is made (beginning of September to end of August).
At least two weeks notice must be given if your child is away on holiday, or full fees will be charged, holiday cards are available in the hallway.
Please do not arrive too early for any of the sessions. Only early or late arrivals and collections are by previous arrangements.
We always try to ensure your child's personal belongings and clothes are looked after. However, accidents do occur. Kinder Park Nursery will not be held responsible for any damaged or lost personal belongings.
Discounts are available for more than one child in the same family at a rate of 5% for the second child.
