At Kinder Park Nursery, we truly believe in the potential of every child. Our special educational needs coordinators, Becky and Rebecca, are dedicated advocates for all our children, working closely with both parents and children throughout the SEND process.
A child is considered to have special educational needs (SEND) if they require additional support tailored to their individual needs.
If you have any concerns regarding your child’s development, please don’t hesitate to talk to your child’s key person.
Should we identify that your child has a special educational need, this might relate to their speech, social skills, physical abilities, or cognitive skills. We are committed to providing the necessary support for both parents and children and will refer families to appropriate agencies, depending on the specific needs identified. Please rest assured that any referrals will only be made with the parent’s consent. We place great importance on partnering with parents, as we believe this is essential in effectively meeting children’s needs.
